At Greystone Needlepoint, we want you to be completely satisfied with your stitching projects and home decor selections. If a non-custom item doesn't meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery in its original, unused condition.

Ensure your items are unopened, including original thread packaging and unpainted canvas surfaces, as we cannot accept returns on kitted fibers or started projects.

Email our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.

Package Securely

Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy mailer to prevent canvases from creasing or threads from tangling during transit.

Once our studio inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any applicable shipping fees.
